1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the kc88 platform and all services provided under it. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account on kc88. Creating multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and funds held may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Keep your password confidential and do not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

• All information provided on the account must be truthful, accurate and up to date.
• If your details change, update your account promptly.
• No account may be transferred or sold to another person.

3.3 Right to Close Accounts

kc88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in cases of breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any unlawful conduct.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

kc88 processes financial transactions through all major mobile financial services in Bangladesh. Our supported methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

4.1 Minimum Limits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (the same across all methods).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

Deposits must be sent from the account holder's own mobile banking number. Third-party payments are not accepted and any such transaction will be returned.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before approving a withdrawal request, kc88 will verify that the wagering requirements attached to any relevant bonus have been met. Additional identity verification may be required if fraud is suspected.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at kc88 receive a welcome bonus of up to 120% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,200 bonus giving a total balance of ৳2,200; depositing ৳26,000 or more adds the maximum ৳15,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳41,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the original deposit. The wagering multiplier is 15x. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period; any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• If multiple accounts or multiple members of the same household use the same bonus, the offer may be cancelled.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, kc88 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit any associated winnings.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash (until wagering requirements have been met).

5.4 Changes to Promotional Offers

kc88 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotional offer at any time. If the terms of an active offer change, a notice will be published on the platform.

6. Gaming Policy & Fair Play

kc88 is committed to ensuring fair play. All games on our platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Using software bots or automated programs to place bets.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Colluding with other players to place bets.
• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Operating an account under a false identity.

6.2 Resolution of Gaming Issues

If a technical error causes incorrect results to be displayed or winnings to be shown incorrectly, kc88 reserves the right to void the transaction. In such cases, the system log will be treated as the definitive record.

• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

VIP tier benefits are for the account holder's personal use only. kc88 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP Program at any time.
